What’s the deal with Vitamin B12?

Vitamin B12 is one of those essential nutrients that our bodies need to function. It plays a crucial role in the production of red blood cells, supports a healthy nervous system, and helps in converting food into energy. Now, who wouldn’t want a bit of extra energy, right?

B12 plays a crucial role in maintaining a healthy nervous system. When levels are low, some women may experience tingling sensations or numbness, especially in their hands, feet, or legs.

Cognitive Issues:

Difficulty concentrating, memory lapses, and brain fog can be symptoms of B12 deficiency. If you find yourself feeling forgetful or struggling to focus, it might be time to check those B12 levels.

Mood Swings and Depression:
